For more than an year I have been very inconsistent with my workouts seeking different reasons and delaying it till Gym in my apartment is fully functional, now I have no more excuses to cook.

Today morning I ran for 1.2 km in approx 10 Minutes - it feels good but I diffently want to go back to may be 3 Km in 20 minutes I know going back to 5 km in 20 minutes may be difficult now but I will try to keep targets and then try to achieve those my next immediate target is to just run for 15 min. with some speed to make me sweat and burn few milligrams of weight I am start setting up bars may be after 1 week - all depends on how much discipline I can add to my daily routine. With almost 11-12 hours outside at work and driving I know it will be almost impossible to think of an additional evening jog.

Gym here is good with decent machines ; best part is they also have a rowing machine which is very rare for gyns in apartment complex, cross trainer is below average tread mill seems ok for now - I know I am going to be running more than speed of 10 kmph for next 2 months.

Overall I am feeling really good today and was waiting for this for many many months. All depends on how my weekk goes - I don;t want to stretch myself as right now my body must be prone to injury.
